On July 28, the Artillery Corps closed the 2023 Reserve Artillery and Missile Brigade Command Competition. Lieutenant General Thai Van Minh, Director of the Military Training Department (General Staff) attended the closing ceremony.
After 5 days of exciting competition, the competition was successfully completed, achieving the set goals and requirements, ensuring absolute safety. The results of the competition objectively and practically reflected the qualities, abilities and qualifications of the brigade command team in the entire force.
The competition took place seriously and intensely both day and night, in hot weather conditions, but with determination and solidarity, the contestants completed all the competition contents well according to plan.

The competition is an opportunity for the staff to learn, exchange, and improve their command, management, and operational skills to carry out the unit's tasks. The results of the competition are also the basis for developing measures to improve the quality of combat readiness training of the reserve artillery force as well as the entire army's artillery force. From there, a plan to develop and implement comprehensive capacity building and improvement plans for the staff in general, and brigade officers in particular, to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
In the coming time, the staff in the entire artillery force needs to continue to learn, explore and improve their awareness of both theory and practice, command and management skills; creatively apply theory to the actual conditions of the unit, and be ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks.
