On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024), on the morning of December 20, a working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province led by Comrade Mai Xuan Liem, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, came to congratulate the officers and soldiers of the 368th Artillery Brigade and the 390th Division.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the 390th Division and the 368th Artillery Brigade for their good coordination with the Party Committee, authorities and armed forces of Thanh Hoa province in the past time to effectively carry out military and defense tasks in the area; actively supporting the locality in natural disaster prevention, search and rescue and civil defense. He believed that the entire leadership, commanders, officers and soldiers of the two units would uphold the glorious tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army, continue to do a good job of coordination, contributing with the Party Committee, army and people of Thanh Hoa province to complete the assigned tasks, building a strong and comprehensive local military force.
