On the afternoon of November 5, Mr. Le Van Quy, Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Hoa District (Phu Yen), said that the newborn girl discovered by 3 students and brought to Cung Son Town Medical Station (Son Hoa District) has been transferred to Son Hoa District Medical Center for care. The baby's health is good.
According to Mr. Quy, the government has issued a notice to find the child's mother. After the prescribed time, if the mother and relatives of the child cannot be found, the government will coordinate with relevant agencies to complete the procedures to raise this newborn girl.
3 students discovered a newborn baby girl abandoned in a field
Earlier, on the morning of November 4, 3 students were on their way home from school, when passing through the fields of Son Hoa district, they discovered an abandoned newborn baby girl. Observing, they saw that the baby girl was Indian due to heat burns, her umbilical cord was still there but dry, so they quickly took her to Cung Son town's medical station.
The incident was reported to local authorities. The newborn girl was then transferred to Son Hoa District Medical Center for care.
According to initial information, the baby girl weighed 3 kg, was born 2 days ago, and was in normal general condition.
