Authorities read the arrest warrant for two subjects Nguyen Thi Chin and Nguyen Dinh Minh.

According to initial information, from 2023 to 2024, Nguyen Thi Chin and Nguyen Dinh Minh rented a house to live together as husband and wife in Trieu Son Dong residential group, Huong Vinh ward, (Phu Xuan district). During this time, these two people used social networks to contact a stranger, ordering fake A1 motorcycle driving licenses to deal with the police force when participating in traffic.

After receiving the fake driving license, the two subjects provided false information that they could obtain a “real” A1 motorcycle driving license by asking someone else to study and take the test for them at the testing facilities without having to submit documents or undergo a medical examination as required. Knowing the information provided by Chin and Minh, many people came to ask the two subjects to obtain their driving licenses; in each case, the subjects would receive an advance “fee” of 1 million to 1.25 million VND.

With the above trick, Chin and Minh ordered many fake driving licenses for many people living in Huong Vinh ward and other areas of Hue city.

The Investigation Police Agency is continuing to consolidate the case file to strictly handle it according to the provisions of the law. At the same time, it is requested that the people involved contact the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of the City Police at 44 Xuan Thuy Street, Vy Da Ward (Thuan Hoa District) to coordinate in clarifying the case.
