Da Nang Museum has just announced its opening hours, officially welcoming visitors for free from today, April 1. Opening hours are from Tuesday to Saturday every week. Mornings, from 8:00 to 11:30 (stop accepting visitors after 11:00); afternoons from 14:00 to 17:00 (stop accepting visitors after 16:30). The reception gate is located at 31 Tran Phu (Da Nang City).
Previously, on March 28, the People's Committee of Da Nang City held the inauguration ceremony of Da Nang Museum after nearly 4 years of design and construction.
Da Nang Museum informs that groups of 10 or more people and groups requiring explanations should contact in advance at 0236.3886236 so that the museum can proactively regulate the number of visitors.

Da Nang Museum displays images, documents and artifacts with 9 topics, including: a photo wall overviewing Da Nang City, Da Nang nature and people, Da Nang urban history, the struggle to protect national independence, war relics, Da Nang integration and development, cultural diversity, Da Nang city hall, and antique collection.
The People's Committee of Da Nang City said that Da Nang Museum is expected to be a red address, a new cultural symbol as well as a unique architectural highlight, imbued with historical and cultural values on the banks of the Han River.
Notably, after the new Da Nang Museum comes into operation, it will be an important foundation for the restoration and promotion of the value of the special national relic Dien Hai citadel, when the old museum facility inside the core of this relic will be demolished.

Recently, at the 22nd session (special session), the People's Council of Da Nang City agreed to exempt entrance fees to the Da Nang Museum (new facility) in 2025 until the City People's Council issues a resolution regulating new fee levels.
The People's Council of Da Nang City also decided to exempt admission fees for 3 days in 2025 (Da Nang Liberation Day March 29, Hung King's Commemoration Day March 10 of the lunar calendar - April 7, National Day September 2) for the Ngu Hanh Son Scenic Area, Da Nang Fine Arts Museum, Cham Sculpture Museum, and Da Nang Museum.
Along with the inauguration of the Da Nang Museum, on March 28, Da Nang City also started construction of a statue of Uncle Ho in the premises of the Da Nang City General Science Library.
The statue is 2.7 m high, 1.8 m deep, 1.7 m wide, made of gray-white marble; located in the middle of the library grounds.
Behind the statue is a bas-relief arranged from 5 panels 15 m long, 4.05 m high, depicting the image of Khue Van Cac in the middle and the image of Ngu Hanh Son on both sides in gray granite.
The project also renovates and embellishes the surrounding landscape and technical infrastructure, creating a friendly outdoor reading space...
