Cong Phuong has just extended his contract with Yokohama FC until the end of 2024. This is surprising news because last season, the Vietnamese striker did not make any significant contributions to the Japanese club. According to Targma, Cong Phuong is a talented player but has not been used much this season. The newspaper believes that Yokohama FC has been too harsh on the talent of the Nghe An striker.
