At the 13th Party Central Committee Conference on January 23, 2025, the Central Committee agreed to let Mr. Tran Cam Tu resign from the position of Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission to focus on performing the duties of the Standing Secretary of the Secretariat.
At the same time, the Central Executive Committee elected three additional members to the Central Inspection Committee, including Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Doan Anh Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province.
The Central Committee elected Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Inspection Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office - to hold the position of Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee.
On February 3, 2025, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, General Secretary To Lam chaired the Conference to announce the Politburo's Decisions on the establishment and appointment of personnel of 4 Party Committees directly under the Central Committee.
At this Conference, the General Secretary presented the Decision on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Party Central Office and congratulated Mr. Le Hoai Trung - Secretary of the Party Central Committee - on being appointed as Chief of the Party Central Office.
General Secretary To Lam congratulated Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc on his excellent performance as Chief of the Party Central Committee Office and his election as Politburo member and Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission.
