Use warm food

- Ginger porridge: 50g rice, 10g fresh ginger, 15g green onion. Wash the rice and cook the porridge. When the porridge is cooked, add sliced ​​ginger and green onion, season to taste.

Foods such as pears, apples, almonds, etc. have the effect of strengthening the lungs, helping to enhance respiratory function and prevent respiratory diseases.

- Steamed pear with rock sugar: 1 pear, 20g rock sugar. Remove seeds from pear, add rock sugar, steam for about 30 minutes.

- Almond porridge: 50g rice, 10g almonds. Wash the rice and cook the porridge. When the porridge is cooked, add ground almonds and season to taste.
