To upgrade the iCloud service package with 5GB of free online storage, Apple has provided iCloud+ service with 50GB, 200GB and 2TB capacity packages so that people can store more data, images and high-quality videos.
Recently, technology giant Apple has unexpectedly announced an increase in iCloud+ service prices in a number of countries, including Vietnam, with a maximum increase of about 25% depending on the storage package that users choose.

In the Vietnamese market, the iCloud+ 50GB package will retain its old price of VND19,000/month. However, the iCloud+ 200GB package will no longer have the old price of VND59,000/month but instead will be VND69,000/month.
Notably, the iCloud+ 2TB package has increased quite a bit from VND 199,000/month to VND 249,000/month.
In particular, after applying the new price, Vietnam will be the country with the higher iCloud+ service price compared to other countries in the region.
Accordingly, users in Malaysia will have to spend 3.9 Malaysian Ringgit (equivalent to 19,600 VND/month) to use the iCloud+ 50GB package, but only 44.9 RM (equivalent to 226,000 VND/month) to use the iCloud+ 2TB package.
Similarly, users in Singapore will have to spend 1.48 SGD (equivalent to 25,700 VND/month) to use the iCloud+ package with 50GB capacity and only 13.98 SGD (equivalent to 243,000 VND/month) to use the iCloud+ package with 2TB capacity.
Users in Thailand will also have to spend 35 baht (equivalent to 23,100 VND/month) to use the iCloud+ 50GB package and only spend 349 baht (equivalent to 230,000 VND/month) to use the iCloud+ 2TB package.
In addition to Vietnam, technology giant Apple also increased the price of iCloud+ service in some other countries such as UK, Poland, Brazil, Denmark, Türkiye... while the price of iCloud+ service in some countries such as US, Canada and some EU countries remains the same.
