Saying goodbye to her competitive career at the end of 2022, the talented swimmer nicknamed "little mermaid" spends her time studying at the swimming class, Faculty of Sports Training, University Course 42, Ho Chi Minh City University of Physical Education and Sports. In addition, Anh Vien also arranges time to teach swimming directly to children at the swimming club named after her in Thu Duc City.
Anh Vien will attend two important programs organized by the Central Council of Young Pioneers on May 28.
With the passion and desire to inspire people to swim, especially children, Anh Vien also teaches swimming through social networking platforms. The swimming teaching clip series "Swimming is easy, Vien shows you" has created a special attraction on social networks because the main character is Anh Vien, who once made fans proud when dominating the women's swimming village in Southeast Asia. The detailed, enthusiastic, easy-to-understand, and fun instructions of teacher Anh Vien through each short clip help viewers practice basic steps such as how to breathe underwater, how to stand on the water surface, and technical movements of all swimming styles.
Anh Vien is currently the ambassador of the program "With my children, continue life" of Thanh Nien Newspaper. When participating in the program, Anh Vien shared: "The most difficult period of the Covid-19 pandemic for Ho Chi Minh City and the country has passed, but the situation of the unfortunate children who lost their parents due to the epidemic still makes many Vietnamese people like Vien feel uneasy in their hearts. I am so happy, so proud and also so responsible to know that I was chosen as the ambassador of the program "With my children, continue life". A small heart, two outstretched arms and the strength of one person cannot do everything. But Vien firmly believes that many hearts in the same direction, arms connecting arms and the spirit of mutual love of many Vietnamese people will help Vien support and guide the children to become useful people in the future".
