The Standing Committee of Yen Binh District Youth Union launched a peak emulation campaign to all Youth Unions and affiliated Youth Unions in the district to support people in installing and using the Yen Bai Digital Citizen application (YenBai-S) from May 15 to 30, 2023.
In addition, the Youth Union has integrated instructions on the installation and use of applications: VnelD electronic identification; i-HR application in career counseling, orientation, job introduction for young people and Reavol platform for local youth union members.

The Youth Union members coordinated with the commune police force and the Community Digital Transformation Team to go to each residential area and household to guide, register, and activate electronic identification accounts for people and support the issuance of citizen identification cards for the elderly and disabled in the locality.
Phuc An Commune Police help the elderly to the location to install VNeID electronic identification.
Youth Union members and Thac Ba town police support people with disabilities to make citizen identification cards.
