NDO - On the morning of August 21, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, General Secretary and President To Lam, Head of the Subcommittee, chaired a meeting of the Subcommittee on Personnel for the 14th Party Congress. Attending the meeting were Politburo members: Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister; Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the National Assembly; Luong Cuong, Standing member of the Secretariat, along with Politburo members, Secretariat members and Subcommittee members.
