NDO - On the morning of May 26 in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the Forum "Improving National Labor Productivity in 2024" organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. This is an activity within the framework of Workers' Month 2024 and is a typical activity to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).

Ms. Phung Thi Hanh - worker at Hanoi Shirt Factory - Garment Corporation 10, discussed the need to proactively and regularly study to improve the qualifications and professional skills of workers, gradually meeting the requirements of the fourth industrial revolution.

Mr. Phan Tuan Anh, Chairman of Honda Vietnam Company's Trade Union, gave a speech on "Safe and democratic working environment, developed corporate culture, contributing to increased labor productivity".

Ms. Vu Thi Mai, Human Resources Director of Viettel Military Industry and Telecommunications Group, shared about digital transformation and application of science and technology in production and business processes, contributing to improving labor productivity.

The Forum was attended by 450 union officials, union members, civil servants and public employees, including 95 workers with outstanding creativity and high productivity selected from sectors, localities and units nationwide.
