Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper Nguyen Thi Hoai Yen was honored by the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union.

General Secretary and President To Lam met with the delegation honored in the emulation movement "Good advice, good service".

Among the 150 comrades honored, there are 84 delegates from ministries and branches and 66 local delegates. Including: 72 men and 78 women; 38 department-level leaders, 20 department-level leaders; 1 clerical officer, 2 drivers and many specialists and direct workers; 2 associate professors, 5 doctors; the oldest person is 60, the youngest is 30 years old.

The movement "Good advice, good service" is implemented according to Resolution No. 04/NQ-CĐVC dated August 16, 2019 on improving the quality of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns among cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. Thereby, it aims to effectively implement the policy of the Resolution of the 12th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union. In which, "Good advice" is correct, accurate, timely, creative advice, bringing high efficiency to the State, society, people, workers and businesses; "Good service" is attentive, dedicated, responsible and effective service in accordance with assigned duties and tasks, satisfying people, businesses and customers, serving the glorious cause of the Party, serving the Fatherland and the nation.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Hoai Yen, Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Chairwoman of Tuyen Quang Newspaper Trade Union was honored at the ceremony.

Up to now, after 5 years of implementation, the movement "Good advice, good service" has penetrated deeply into the grassroots, has been responded to by a large number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, and implemented with specific, practical, and effective actions in each agency and unit. From the movement, tens of thousands of typical examples of collectives and individuals "Good advice, good service" have emerged, of which 150 typical examples present today are exemplary examples.

Before the ceremony, the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union at all levels and 150 honored delegates were honored to be met by General Secretary and President To Lam at the Presidential Palace.
