Physician Nguyen Cong Duc said that currently, treating fatty liver disease is not easy. To prevent fatty liver, we need to avoid eating a lot of fat, sugar, starch, not drinking a lot of alcohol and exercising regularly.

- Garlic:

Garlic and garlic products reduce the average level of triglycerides and cholesterol. The main active ingredient in garlic is essential oil, with sulfur and vinyl polysulfur. - Cucumber:

Cucumber also contains malonic acid, which can inhibit sugar from converting into fat, suitable for people with obesity, high blood fat, high blood pressure, and gout.

- Shiitake mushrooms:
