Miss Earth 2023 Final: Miss Lan Anh competes with nearly 90 contestants

The final round opened with a performance of Ao Dai and introduction of themselves and their countries by the contestants. Sharing with Dan Viet , the Organizing Committee of the contest said that the beauties will appear on stage in Ao Dai ABC - Designer Dinh Van Tho. After the Ao Dai performance, the contestants appeared on stage with Ms. Truong Ngoc Anh and the reigning Miss Earth 2022 Mina Sue Choi performing a lotus dance to traditional music imbued with Vietnamese identity.

After the opening, the Vietnamese representative and the contestants appeared on the Miss Earth 2023 final stage in swimsuits. The girls lined up, waiting for the contest organizers to announce the Top 20 results in an excited atmosphere.

Accordingly, the Top 20 Miss Earth 2023 announced by the MC includes representatives from: Netherlands, Thailand, Belgium, South Africa, Philippines, Bulgaria, India, Puerto Rico, Albania, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Canada, UK, Mauritius, Russia, USA, Kazakhstan, Venezuela, Vietnam and the representative of Indonesia - the winner of the Miss People's Choice sub-award.

Miss Earth 2023 Final Results

At the end of the swimsuit competition, the Top 12 contestants were called to compete in the evening gown competition, including representatives from Vietnam, Brazil, South Africa, Venezuela, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Albania, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, Thailand, Russia, and Kazakhstan.

After the evening gown competition, the Top 8 contestants entered the presentation round on keywords with environmental protection messages announced by the Miss Earth 2023 Organizing Committee, including: Netherlands, Brazil, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Albania, Thailand, Russia.

After the evening gown competition, the Top 8 answered behavioral questions from the judges. Do Thi Lan Anh received the question: "What do you think about the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on environmental protection?". The Vietnamese representative confidently answered in fluent English: "Artificial intelligence has two sides, it is a tool to help humanity protect the environment, but humans need to control its negative aspects."

Closing the Top 8's question and answer session, the MC announced the Top 4, including representatives from Vietnam, Philippines, Albania, and Thailand. The 4 beauties entered the question and answer session with a common question and each contestant would have 30 seconds to answer. When 1 contestant answered, the remaining 3 contestants would wear headphones so as not to listen.

After that, the Organizing Committee announced the winners of the secondary awards such as: Best Appearance (Vietnam); Best Swimsuit (Philippines); Best National Costume (Vietnam); Audience Favorite (Indonesia); Best Evening Gown (Kazakhstan); Most Talented Contestant (New Zealand) and the Ecological Project Award for the European contestants.

The Organizing Committee officially announced that Drita Ziri, a beauty from Albania, is the winner of the Miss Earth 2023 crown. This is also the first victory of a contestant from Albania at the Miss Earth contest.

The titles of Miss Earth Fire, Miss Earth Air and Miss Earth Water were respectively awarded to Cora Bliault (representing Thailand), Do Thi Lan Anh (representing Vietnam) and Yllana Aduana (representing the Philippines).
