Agribank Nam Nghe An Branch recruits workers in the first phase of 2024

Recruitment positions include: Credit (code 01), Accounting (code 02), Driver (code 03). Number of recruitment: 07 employees.

I. CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS OF CANDIDATES

1. About training level:

- For professional positions (Credit, Accounting): Requires a university degree or higher, full-time (excluding candidates who graduated from a university bridging program), major appropriate to the position applied for (Finance and Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration,...).

- For special labor positions (drivers): Candidates must meet the standards according to the State's professional regulations and Agribank's regulations.

II. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

1. Application form with 3x4 photo attached (download at https://www.agribank.com.vn); Candidates can register 02 wishes:

+ Option 1: Candidates choose a working location according to the list of Branches with recruitment targets mentioned above.

+ Option 2: Work location assigned by Agribank Recruitment Council, Nam Nghe An Branch. In this case, the candidate must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 5 years (if recruited).

2. CV certified by a competent state agency within no more than 06 months from the date of application submission, Certificate of residence.

3. Notarized copies of the following documents: Birth certificate, Citizen ID card, Diplomas, certificates, transcripts.

4. Health certificate issued by a competent health authority within 12 months from the date of application submission.

5. Other documents (if any).

Agribank Nam Nghe An Branch does not return applications to unsuccessful candidates.

Note:

- Candidates must register the exact recruitment position and work location to submit their application at the Branch according to Agribank's announcement.

- Each candidate only applies for 01 position at 01 Type I Branch in this recruitment round (in case the candidate applies to 02 Type I Branches at the same time or registers his/her wishes at this Type I Branch but applies at another Type I Branch, Agribank has the right to exclude the candidate's application from this recruitment round).

- Agribank does not accept: applications submitted by proxy, applications submitted past the deadline, applications of candidates who violated the Examination Regulations in previous years;

- Candidates are fully responsible for the accuracy and honesty of their application documents. In case Agribank discovers that the application documents are inaccurate or dishonest, the candidate's application results will be canceled.

III. TIME AND PLACE FOR RECEIVING DOCUMENTS

1. Candidates submit their application directly at the General Department (room number 303), 3rd floor, Agribank Nam Nghe An Branch office, No. 02, Duong Van Nga Street, Hung Phuc Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province.

2. Application submission period: From April 25, 2024 to May 7, 2024 (Morning from 8:00 to 11:00, afternoon from 13:30 to 17:00, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

IV. RECRUITMENT EXAM

1. Recruitment form:

a) For recruitment of professional and technical positions: Candidates must participate in the following rounds:

- Round 1: Preliminary screening of documents before written exam (candidates who pass the preliminary round will be able to participate in round 2) .

For candidates applying for credit and accounting positions with 3 years or more of experience related to the recruitment position, working at large auditing companies (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG, ...), large banks (Vietinbank, Vietcombank, BIDV, ...), passing the preliminary round will be able to participate in the third round without having to take a written professional exam.

- Round 2: Professional written exam.

- Round 3: Interview.

b) For recruitment of special labor positions (drivers):

Organize preliminary screening of documents + driving skills test + interview

2. Time and location of the exam: Agribank will notify eligible candidates to participate in the exam (Expected exam time in May 2024).
