60 officers were trained to the level of senior specialist

(BL-NQ) On the morning of April 8, 2025, Chau Van Dang Political School of Bac Lieu province opened the 25th training course for senior specialist and equivalent positions.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. Le Quoc Khoi - Permanent Vice Principal of Chau Van Dang Political School sent his best wishes to all students participating in the course. At the same time, he affirmed the importance of updating and fostering knowledge of state administrative management in the current context, emphasizing that this is an inevitable requirement to improve the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees.

The class of 60 students will be taught by experienced lecturers on important and practical topics, including: Building and perfecting the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam; Law in State Administration; Public Management in Development Trends; Overview of Public Policy... In addition, the course also equips students with soft skills necessary for work such as: job analysis skills; skills in making and implementing work plans; coordination and persuasion skills in public activities...

The course is expected to last 6 weeks, including 12 practical sessions.

This course is of great significance in consolidating, fostering and improving administrative management knowledge and professional capacity for cadres, civil servants and public employees in Bac Lieu province. Thereby, contributing to building a strong cadre team, better meeting the increasingly high job requirements in the coming time, contributing to the overall development of the province.
