After the flag-raising ceremony, two female ninth-grade students in Dak Mil district (Dak Nong) were stabbed with sharp iron objects by two male students from the same school and had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment.
On the afternoon of November 12, speaking with VietNamNet , Mr. Pham Thanh, Secretary of Dak Mil District Party Committee, confirmed that an incident had just occurred in the area in which two female ninth grade students of Nguyen Hue Secondary School (Thuan An Commune) were stabbed and had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment. The locality is currently directing the authorities to quickly clarify the incident.
According to initial information, at around 8:00 a.m. on November 11, when the flag-raising ceremony at Nguyen Hue Secondary School ended, student TCU (grade 9) suddenly used a sharp iron object to stab student TTKT (grade 9). At the same time, student NXT (grade 8) also used a sharp object to stab student TTTTr. (grade 9).
The incident caused the female student TTKT to be taken to the Central Highlands General Hospital (Dak Lak) for emergency treatment. The female student TTT Tr. suffered less serious injuries and was taken to Dak Mil District Hospital for examination.
Mr. Tran Van Vuong, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Mil district, said that after the incident, the leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Mil district visited the two female students and asked Nguyen Hue Secondary School to report the incident in detail.
According to Mr. Tran Khac Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thuan An Commune (Dak Mil District), of the two female students who were stabbed, one was slightly injured and was taken home, while the other suffered a serious wound, possibly causing pleural effusion, and required surgery. The incident is being clarified by the authorities.
