16 businesses signed a competition agreement in 2025

On the afternoon of April 11, the Emulation Bloc of non-state enterprises under the Industry and Trade sector held a conference to summarize the emulation movement in 2024 and sign the emulation covenant in 2025.

In 2024, the Emulation Bloc has 16 participating enterprises with nearly 2,000 employees. In the emulation movement to develop production and business, the majority of enterprises basically achieved and exceeded the set plan, with an average growth of 7-10%, total revenue of more than 5,150 billion VND; contributing more than 270 billion VND to the state budget. Enterprises in the bloc continue to focus on researching and developing new products, applying modern processing technology to products; constantly improving machinery and equipment, increasing efficiency and product output; searching for, testing and using new fuels in the production process, contributing to saving the unit tens of billions of VND.

Representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade awarded certificates of merit to collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2024.

In addition, enterprises in the sector have implemented policies well and participated in paying insurance for employees; labor protection and health care for employees are regularly paid attention by enterprises; the average income of employees is about 7 - 9 million VND/person/month; actively participated in emulation movements, performed well in emulation, reward and social security work. During the year, the whole sector had more than 20 outstanding people admitted to the Party.

In 2025, enterprises in the bloc will sign an emulation agreement with the following contents: Deploy and carry out well the emulation movement to develop the socio-economy, ensure national defense and security; invest in improving and innovating technological equipment; train to improve the quality of labor and organize business activities well; implement well the Party's policies, the State's legal policies, and regulations of labor law; build strong Party organizations, grassroots trade unions, and youth unions; ensure policies for workers, etc.

At the signing ceremony, the units in the block elected VMS International Investment and Development Joint Stock Company as Head of the emulation block in 2025. On this occasion, the Department of Industry and Trade awarded certificates of merit to 10 collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2024.
