On March 15, with 15,000 participants, the Cultural Festival "Steadfastly entering the new era" at My Dinh Stadium was confirmed to set a Vietnamese record as the event with the largest number of participants in the flag-raising ceremony and singing of the National Anthem in Vietnam.

The program began with the ceremony of raising the Vietnamese national flag, raising the flag and saluting the flag to arouse patriotism and national pride.
With 15,000 participants, the Cultural Festival "Steadfastly Stepping into the New Era" was confirmed to set a Vietnamese record as the event with the largest number of cadres, employees, and units participating in the flag-raising ceremony and singing the National Anthem in Vietnam. Miss Do My Linh was also present among the 15,000 people who set this record.
Painter Van Thao, son of musician Van Cao, said he has listened to the National Anthem thousands of times, but every time he feels moved, as if he is filled with national pride.
He highly appreciated the spirit of organizing an event with educational significance and great resonance like the Cultural Festival "Steadfastly entering the new era".
The artist also believes that the event helps people feel the majesty and sacredness of the Vietnamese National Anthem , a work that has accompanied the red flag with a yellow star through every period of the country's history.
Artist Van Thao expressed: "I am moved and proud to be invited to participate in a large-scale event where 15,000 people sang the National Anthem . I sang with all my heart. I must thank my father, who created the sacred song of the mountains and rivers that makes all Vietnamese people proud."
Painter Van Thao also said that his family had been invited to attend many events but had not accepted.
He said: "This is the first time my son, grandson and I have sung the National Anthem together. I have watched many programs with many people singing the National Anthem everywhere and secretly wished that if I could participate, I would be very happy. This time my wish has been fulfilled."
Mr. Van Giang, the eldest grandson of musician Van Cao, also attended the event with his father and family. He said that this was the first time the father and son saluted the flag and sang the national anthem together, so he felt very honored.
Mr. Van Giang shared: "As the grandson of Mr. Van Cao, I am proud to sing the National Anthem with my father for the first time. I was excited to participate in singing on March 15 because this event was recorded in Vietnam's record of having many Vietnamese people singing the National Anthem and I am extremely proud to be a part of creating that record.
Every time I sing the national anthem I get emotional, but this time I was much more nervous because of the meaning of the event."

The cultural festival is divided into 3 chapters with the participation of thousands of professional and amateur artists, titled Sacred Fire of the Dragon and the sacred torch procession from the Regional Temple to My Dinh National Stadium.
Then there are live performances by thousands of actors honoring the national culture, the origin of the Dragon and Fairy descendants.
The traditional musical elements of drums, flutes, two-stringed fiddles, and gongs from the Central Highlands are combined with modern electronic music to create a majestic, proud, and united national atmosphere in each performance.
The performances are all staged grandly with a 6,000m2 projection screen, 3D mapping effects and the participation of dozens to hundreds of dancers along with the appearance of hot artists today such as: Toc Tien, Hieuthuhai, Mono, Anh Tu Atus, Jsol, Hoang Bach... in special performances, impressing the audience.
According to director Hoang Cong Cuong, the Cultural Festival is the first time a business event has been organized in the format of the Olympic opening ceremony. The grand and live performances feature 1,000 professional actors.
The director said that with a total screen area of up to 6,000m2 at My Dinh National Stadium, the program created unprecedented experiences for the 15,000 people present.
