10 million Viglacera Dong Trieu shares listed on UPCoM on April 4

Viglacera Dong Trieu Joint Stock Company (stock code: DTC) is a unit of Viglacera Corporation, specializing in the production and trading of leading construction materials in Vietnam with the trade brand VIGLACERA.

Specifically: production and trading of construction ceramics made of fired clay and other construction materials; transportation business, commercial services, real estate business and investment; infrastructure investment, construction and installation of civil and industrial works; transfer of technical technology for production of fired clay bricks and tiles...

Currently, the Company has 3 construction material factories specializing in manufacturing main products including 2-hole and 6-hole bricks; 200, 250, 300 split bricks; roofing tiles, fish-tail tiles, scallop tiles, etc.

In September 2017, the company increased its charter capital to 100 billion VND.

Regarding production and business situation, in 2024, the Company recorded net revenue of VND 141.5 billion, after-tax loss of VND 36.95 billion (decreased compared to after-tax loss of VND 43.6 billion in 2023).

On April 4, 10 million DTC shares of Viglacera Dong Trieu Joint Stock Company will officially trade on the UPCoM market at HNX, with a reference price on the first trading day of VND4,600/share. The value of securities registered for trading at par value (VND10,000/share) is VND100 billion.
