Accordingly, the Inspection Committee of Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee, term XI, held its 55th, 56th and 57th meetings. At the meeting, the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee reviewed the inspection results when there were signs of violations against Mr. Tran Quoc Duy, Provincial Party Committee member - Party Cell Secretary, Director of the Investment Promotion Center - Trade and Services of Binh Phuoc province.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that Mr. Tran Quoc Duy had violated the ethics of lifestyle, lacked self-cultivation, and lacked the character of a Party member. Mr. Duy's violations were serious enough to warrant disciplinary action. Therefore, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reported to the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee for consideration and decision.

As reported by Kinh te & Do thi newspaper, on the evening of May 15, a resident of Tan Phuoc commune, Dong Phu district, encountered a man in his house who was suspected of having homosexual intercourse with the family's son. Immediately after that, the family reported to Tan Phuoc commune police to come to the scene to clarify the incident.

This man said his name is Tran Quoc Duy, 43 years old, residing in Dong Xoai city; is a member of the Provincial Party Committee, currently the Director of the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Binh Phuoc province.

Binh Phuoc Provincial Police then worked with Mr. Duy to serve the investigation and handle according to regulations. The leaders of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee received the information and directed the authorities to urgently verify and clarify.

Mr. Pham Van Trinh, Chief of Office of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee said: "The viewpoint of the leaders of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee is not to cover up, not to condone and will strictly handle according to regulations if there are violations."
