Having the opportunity to work in Japan - the leading country in Information Technology has long been the desire of many technology students or people working in the technology field, especially information technology. However, many concerns and psychological "barriers" such as: salary or not knowing Japanese,... have led to shyness and hesitation before the door to experience Japan for many students and technology staff in Vietnam. Therefore, the Workshop "Working as a Network Administrator in Japan" was organized to answer information about practical opportunities to work in technology in Japan, targeting all university and college students, whether they have Japanese or not, to be able to directly interact with the leaders of the participating guest units. At the Workshop, leaders of some Japanese enterprises shared with students who are studying network administration at schools about "The future of Network Engineering and the demand for human resources from abroad to Japan". Not only that, leaders of the units also gave their opinions on the evaluation of Japanese employers about IT human resources and network engineering human resources in Vietnam.
