VN-Index lost more than 10 points, the market was submerged in red

Market liquidity continued to decline, with total trading volume on the three exchanges reaching more than 967.40 million shares, equivalent to a total trading value of more than VND 22,915.60 billion.

Foreign investors continued to net sell for the tenth session on all three exchanges, with a total of more than VND1,327.10 billion, focusing on VNM (VND165.7 billion), HPG (VND136.29 billion), FPT (over VND106 billion), SSI (VND105.94 billion), MSN (VND92.38 billion)...

In the opposite direction, the codes that were net bought a lot in this session included VIX (76.89 billion VND), KBC (48.95 billion VND), VHM (44.82 billion VND), VCI (38.91 billion VND), HDC (24.36 billion VND)...

On the HoSE floor, the order matching value this session increased compared to the previous session, reaching more than 17,545 billion VND.

In this session, the codes that contributed positively to the VN-Index increased by more than 1.4 points include: MBB, MSB, VNM, KBC, CTG, VCF, PNJ, VHM, VCG, TPB.

On the contrary, the stocks that negatively impacted the VN-Index by more than 8.2 points included: GVR, VCB, FPT, BCM, HPG, BID, MSN, VPB, DGC, MWG.

In terms of industry groups, this session, software stocks continued to perform negatively, falling sharply by 2.45%, mainly from FPT and CMG codes.

The group of securities stocks had another session filled with red, with a decrease of -1.04%, mainly from codes: SSI, VND, HCM... Some codes increased including VCI, FTS, CTS...

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 235.06 points, down 3.14 points (-1.32%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 57.494 million shares transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND973.288 billion. In the whole market, there were 38 stocks increasing in price, 58 stocks remaining unchanged and 127 stocks decreasing in price.

The HNX30 index closed down 5.78 points (-1.18%) to 482.74 points. Trading volume reached over 31.804 million units, equivalent to over VND649.500 billion. In the whole market, there were 2 stocks increasing in price, 6 stocks remaining unchanged and 22 stocks decreasing in price.

Liquidity reached over 867.812 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND21,205.636 billion. The entire floor had 176 stocks increasing, 77 stocks remaining unchanged and 286 stocks decreasing.

The VN30 index decreased by 10.05 points (-0.73%) and stopped at 10,761,730 points. Liquidity reached more than 328,029 million units, equivalent to a trading value of more than VND 10,761,730 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 8 stocks increasing, 2 stocks remaining unchanged and 20 stocks decreasing.
