“Vinh Phuc joins hands to build new countryside”

(CLO) On December 5, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Journalists Association held an award ceremony for the Journalism Contest: "Vinh Phuc joins hands to build new rural areas"; "Culture, tourism, building model cultural villages" of Vinh Phuc province.

With high influence, after nearly 1 year of launching, 2 Press Contests: "Vinh Phuc joins hands to build new countryside"; "Culture, tourism, building model cultural village" of Vinh Phuc province have received enthusiastic and responsible participation of journalist members, collaborators of provincial and central press agencies with a total of more than 250 works participating in the contest in 5 categories: Print newspaper, electronic newspaper, television, radio and press photo.

After the final round, the Jury selected 61 best works to award prizes to authors and groups of authors. Of these, there were 10 A prizes, 10 B prizes, 16 C prizes and 25 Encouragement prizes.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Tuan Khanh and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu awarded the A prize to the authors and groups of authors who won the "Vinh Phuc joins hands to build new rural areas" journalism contest.

According to the evaluation of the Jury, the works participating in the Press Contest "Vinh Phuc joins hands to build new rural areas" closely followed the theme, focusing on propagating the purpose, meaning, and key solutions in implementing the program of building new rural areas and advanced new rural areas; propagating good and creative ways of some localities in the province to change the face of the countryside and improve people's lives.

Many entries mentioned issues of concern to society and the people such as digital transformation, solutions to bring clean water to rural areas, building smart villages, forming a generation of "digital citizens"...

For the works participating in the Press Contest "Culture, tourism, building model cultural villages", Vinh Phuc province has promoted and publicized the cultural and tourism beauty of Vinh Phuc; the potential and strengths of developing culture and tourism of the province and building model cultural villages of localities.

At the same time, commend outstanding collectives and individuals; promptly reflect the difficulties, obstacles, thoughts and aspirations of the people and propose and contribute ideas to all levels and sectors in improving the quality of cultural and tourism development in the new period and building a model Cultural Village.

Also at the Award Ceremony, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Journalists Association called on its members, journalists and collaborators of press agencies to continue to respond to and participate in the Press Contest: "Vinh Phuc joins hands to build new rural areas"; "Culture and tourism of Vinh Phuc province" in 2025.
