VIMC officially Go-live HR Humax human resource management software

On December 27, 2024, Vietnam National Shipping Lines (VIMC) officially announced the operation (Go-live) of HR Humax human resource management software, marking an important milestone in VIMC's digital transformation strategy, especially in the field of human resource management - a key factor for the sustainable development of enterprises in the context of increasingly fierce competition.

The launching ceremony was attended by senior leaders of VIMC, including Mr. Le Anh Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Canh Tinh - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director, Mr. Le Quang Trung - Deputy General Director, and leaders of specialized departments. On the partner side, OOS Software Company, the project developer, was attended by Mr. Le Duy Hoa - General Director, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thuc - Operations Director, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao Lam - Member of the Board of Directors and members of the Project Board.

Faced with the urgent need to optimize human resource management and develop high-quality human resources, VIMC has cooperated with OOS Software Company to research and deploy the digital human resource management system HR Humax. This system fully integrates human resource management functions, including staffing planning, capacity assessment, salary management, insurance and career development roadmap development. This is considered a comprehensive solution to help VIMC transform from traditional management methods to a modern model, based on advanced technology platforms. In the first phase, VIMC has completed the integration of data of more than 600 employees from the office block and member units. At the same time, the company also implemented training programs to improve the capacity of using the system for the staff. Initial features such as human resource information management and standard data setup have initially brought positive results, creating a premise for comprehensive implementation in the future.

According to the plan, HR Humax will be fully deployed throughout the VIMC system by 2025. New subsystems such as salary management, social insurance and human resource portal on mobile platform will be put into use, helping to optimize the management process and improve the experience of staff. This system will help VIMC manage human resources more effectively, thereby improving labor productivity and creating competitive advantages in the market.

The implementation of HR Humax is not simply a human resource management tool.
