Keeping its commitment to digital transformation and sustainable development, Viettel rose to the 2nd position as the world's strongest telecommunications brand. Viettel's Brand Strength Index (BSI) reached its highest level in years, up 4.2 points compared to 2023. Viettel's Brand Strength Index (BSI) reached 89.4/100, ranked AAA - the highest level in years and up 4.2 points compared to 2023. The BSI index is determined based on survey results, analysis and evaluation of attributes including customer feelings about the brand (awareness, love...) and customer behavior with the brand (using products and services, willing to recommend to others, willing to pay high prices...). The BSI index is the most important factor creating Viettel's brand value of approximately 9 billion USD, helping Viettel maintain its position as the No. 1 telecommunications brand in Southeast Asia, ranked 9th in Asia and rose one rank in the world to 16th. Explaining the reason for Viettel's remarkable increase in the BSI index, Mr. Alex Haigh, CEO of Brand Finance Asia - Pacific, commented, "This comes from Viettel's strong commitments to digital transformation and sustainable development, helping to increase customers' perceived value of innovation, environmental indicators and community in the Vietnamese market."
