This series of meaningful social security activities is increasingly expanded, continued, and multiplied by the joys for poor households in many disadvantaged localities. In particular, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, Vietcombank continued to donate many gratitude houses, and coordinated with localities to inaugurate many houses for poor people to settle down and celebrate Tet.
In Hai Duong, on January 23, 2024, Vietcombank coordinated with the Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Mien district to inaugurate and hand over a solidarity house to the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngan in Doan Ket village, Hong Phong commune, Thanh Mien district. This is the 7th completed house out of 18 houses being built by Vietcombank to give to poor households in Hai Duong province in 2023.

In Lao Cai province, on January 19, 2024, Vietcombank donated funds to build 6 houses for the poor in Bao Thang district.

In Dong Nai province, on January 8, 2024, Vietcombank coordinated with the People's Committee of Xuan Loc district and Long Khanh city to hand over 10 charity houses to poor households in especially difficult circumstances in the area.

In Dak Lak province, on January 5, 2024, Vietcombank coordinated with the Dak Lak Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers to inaugurate and present a house of gratitude to the family of Ms. Le Thi Hinh, a former youth volunteer in Hoa Phu village, Ea Nuol commune, Buon Don district, Dak Lak province. Previously, Vietcombank also presented a house of gratitude to the family of Mr. Hoang Van Thom, a former Youth Volunteer, a poor household in village 10, Ea Bung commune, Ea Sup district, Dak Lak province.

In Binh Thuan province, recently, Vietcombank coordinated with Duc Linh District People's Committee to inaugurate and hand over gratitude houses to people with revolutionary contributions - Mr. Lai Van Nam's household - a 61% war invalid in village 7, Nam Chinh commune, Duc Linh district, Binh Thuan province.

In the coming time, more gratitude houses, charity houses, and solidarity houses will continue to be donated and built by Vietcombank in many disadvantaged localities, bringing joy to the poor, affirming Vietcombank's efforts to always accompany and join hands with local authorities in the work of hunger eradication and poverty reduction, building new rural areas, responding to the Government's call "Joining hands for the poor, leaving no one behind".
In 2023, Vietcombank spent over 93 billion VND to build houses for poor households. In the past 5 years (2019-2023), the amount of social security money that Vietcombank used to build gratitude houses, charity houses, and solidarity houses for poor households was nearly 360 billion VND.
