In 2024, Vietbank plans to add 14 transaction points in 12 provinces to its network, bringing the total number of transaction points to 132, present in 26 provinces and cities nationwide.

Ms. Tran Tuan Anh - General Director of Vietbank shared: “Choosing Thuan An to be the first location to open a transaction office in a chain of 14 new transaction offices demonstrates Vietbank's determination to approach and accompany potential corporate and individual customers to provide appropriate and timely financial services. Thereby, contributing to creating motivation and stimulating the development of key economic sectors, to promote economic growth in Binh Duong in particular and create spillover effects across the country in general”.

Vietbank Thuan An Transaction Office is capable of ensuring the fastest access to customers, in order to promptly and conveniently meet the transaction needs of customers in the area, ensuring harmony of traffic factors, continuous connection, solid and spacious infrastructure, meeting the scale and potential for future development.

Also on September 11, Vietbank's Board of Directors approved a resolution on investing in a Customer Service Center headquarters combined with a transaction point in Ho Chi Minh City, part of the strategy to develop and improve Vietbank's service quality to 5-star standards.

A representative of Vietbank Investment Committee said: “The Customer Service Center was established in October 2023. After nearly a year of operation, the unit has made many practical improvements, improving the quality of services at direct transaction points as well as on the multi-channel online platform. Vietbank is committed to long-term improvement of service quality consistently and regularly.”

To mark this event, Vietbank released a short film about the customer care journey. The content is based on real stories told by many generations of Vietbankers, especially the story shared by Ms. Ngo Tran Doan Trinh - Deputy General Director and Director of Ho Chi Minh City 1 region.

In addition to focusing on business development, Vietbank also regularly participates in community programs and events. On September 10, Vietbank donated VND 200 million to people in provinces affected by storm No. 3. Previously, Vietbank was also honored at the PRIVATE 100 award - an award for private enterprises that contribute the most to the budget in Vietnam in 2024.
