"Organizing live-fire drills in the waters surrounding Ba Binh in Vietnam's Truong Sa archipelago is a serious violation of Vietnam's territorial sovereignty over the archipelago; threatening peace, stability, safety and maritime security; causing tension and further complicating the situation in the East Sea.

Vietnam resolutely protests and requests that Taiwan not repeat similar violations."
