Why after 15 years of singing, Trung Quan Idol just released his first album?

2023 is a vibrant year in Trung Quan Idol's artistic journey. With 2 concerts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City attracting more than 15,000 audiences, the male singer successfully left an indelible mark on his singing career.

After 15 years of singing, Trung Quan admits that he is now "mature enough" to bring the audience the best musical experiences.

“People say I am the first male singer in showbiz to sing for more than ten years before releasing an album. But at the present time, I truly feel like I have "turned into a butterfly", have enough confidence and experience to bring everyone the clearest musical portrait, a Trung Quan who is the most 'himself' after 15 years.

Thank you to the audience who have followed my journey from the beginning until now for being patient with this "butterfly", he confided.

Trung Quan admits he is at the "peak" of his career.

Talking about the butterfly image associated with the Masked Singer contest, Trung Quan humorously said: "The Moon Butterfly image of "Masked Singer" has given me a lucky mascot and a great theme to exploit. This image seems to have 'come into my body' so I don't hesitate to use it a little more."

The male singer also admitted that the butterfly is a suitable image because it evokes the idea of a person in love who can be free and fly, but can also be locked in a cage.

"I am truly grateful that the butterfly image came at the right moment when Trung Quan was struggling not knowing what to do," he said.

Trung Quan released his first album after 15 years of singing.

To mark a successful year and open 2024, Trung Quan released the album Nguoi dang yeu. This is also his first physical album after more than a decade of entering the art world.

The album has a total of 9 songs including Met you when broken, Love you, Nguoi dang yeu, Anh van the same em thay thay, Chia tay, Tot cho hai, Di qua thuong nho, Cho con mua and Mot ngay khac . The songs all have the main ballad color - a strength of Trung Quan.

“The songs I choose are based on a sense of connection, I "feel" the story, the emotional flow of the song and my own understanding.

After a long time singing, this will be an album that concludes everything that belongs to Trung Quan to be ready to step into a new, more liberal and daring world," the male singer added.
