The role of community media in Phat area

The Khu Phat Community Media Team, Lai Dong Commune, Tan Son District was established in December 2022 with 7 members as the key force of the village. Right after the establishment and launch of the media team, the members of the team participated in training courses and competitions to equip themselves with knowledge and skills. Thereby helping the members to be confident in approaching and propagating to the people about the good implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.

Phat area media team meets to deploy propaganda content

Ms. Ha Thi Thuy - Head of the Women's Union, Deputy Head of the Phat Community Communication Team shared: "In addition to communication activities, supporting women and girls according to the objectives of Project 8 of the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the period 2021-2030, the Team has proactively addressed new issues arising in the area such as domestic violence, gender equality and issues related to cultural and religious beliefs".

Thanks to the extensive propaganda to all classes of people, gender equality and domestic violence prevention in the area have had positive changes, changing people's thinking on gender issues and gender equality, creating close relationships with people around, creating a harmonious and stable living environment and developing together.
