Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee works with World Vision Vietnam

At the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh expressed her gratitude to TCTNTG for its important contributions to Dak R'lap district, especially through community development programs and projects.

The two sides exchanged information related to projects implemented by TCTNTG in Dak Nong province.

The regional development program in Dak R'lap district, implemented since 2015, has brought positive results, with a total budget of more than 4.6 million USD. The disbursement rate of projects reached over 90%. Notable projects include child protection, sustainable livelihoods and community participation in child sponsorship, with about 3,000 children benefiting annually.

Mr. Doseba Tua Sinay, Chief Representative of TCTNTG in Vietnam, shared about some projects that have been implemented and are expected to be implemented in the near future.

In addition, TCTNTG has supported the construction of facilities and agricultural development models such as: providing seeds, fertilizers, dryer equipment and building solar street lighting systems, building mini soccer fields, fences and domes for halls... creating more opportunities for community development.

Vice Chairwoman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh hopes that in the coming time, TCTNTG in Vietnam will continue to pay attention and further improve the quality of projects.

Vice Chairwoman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh hopes that the World Bank in Vietnam will continue to maintain and promote projects in Dak R'lap district, especially improving nutrition and health for children and supporting sustainable livelihoods for people.

Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee commits to creating favorable conditions and supporting non-governmental organizations, including TCTNTG, to effectively implement programs and projects.

TCTNTG in Vietnam presents souvenir gifts to Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee

Mr. Doseba Tua Sinay highly appreciated the support and close coordination of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee for the activities of TCTNTG in the province.

Mr. Doseba Tua Sinay informed that in the coming time, TCTNTG will implement an additional project to promote sustainable coffee supply chains in Dak Nong, with the goal of supporting 600 disadvantaged households in Dak R'lap district in the period of 2025-2027, with a total project value of 800,000 USD.

At the meeting, the two sides expressed their strong commitment to cooperating to implement sustainable development programs in Dak Nong province, contributing to improving the quality of life of the community.
