262 young men of Trang Bang town enthusiastically join the army

(BTNO) - On the morning of February 13, at the District Party Committee Base Relic Site (Bung Binh Hamlet, Hung Thuan Commune), the Party Committee, government and people of Trang Bang Town held a military enlistment ceremony for 2025.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Hung presented flowers to congratulate the youth of Trang Bang town.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Toan - Deputy Head of Political Department of the Provincial Military Command; Mr. Duong Quoc Sinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, member of the Provincial Military Service Council; leaders of Trang Bang town, military units and relatives of new soldiers.

At the ceremony, Trang Bang town handed over and saw off 262 local youths to perform military service and People's Public Security service in 2025; of which, there were 6 party members, the remaining soldiers were outstanding youth union members of communes and wards of Trang Bang town.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Tuong Quoc - Chairman of Trang Bang Town People's Committee, Chairman of the Town Military Service Council requested the young men who were recruited in 2025 to continue to preserve and promote the national tradition, the revolutionary tradition of Trang Bang homeland, which was twice awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces by the State; constantly strive to study, practice, strictly abide by the State's laws and unit discipline, complete well the tasks during their time in the army, strive to be worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers, worthy of the title of People's Public Security soldier, forget themselves for the country, serve the people; highlight the pioneering role of Trang Bang youth in carrying out the task of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland in the new situation.
