Learning from previous festival seasons, this year’s buffalo fighting festival was organized systematically by Hai Luu commune. In addition to ensuring good security and order, traffic safety, the sale of buffalo meat was also strictly managed, preventing overcharging or food safety violations.

One of the tasks that the Organizing Committee pays special attention to is ensuring security, order and traffic safety. In addition to the local security forces, many police officers are mobilized to ensure safety inside and outside the festival. Thanks to that, on the opening day, there were no traffic jams or disruptions to security and order.

To ensure that tourists buy real buffalo meat, Hai Luu commune has planned a separate area for selling buffalo meat. After competing, the Caus are all taken to a common area to be slaughtered, tested for food hygiene and safety, and sold in order by stall. According to tourists, this year's buffalo meat is not too expensive, suitable for people's budgets.
