The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just sent a document to the Department of Education and Training of districts, towns, and cities; affiliated units; vocational education and continuing education centers on strengthening security, order, and traffic safety during the holidays and the Lunar New Year 2025.
Accordingly, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training requested units and schools to seriously implement 6 contents.
Firstly, strengthen propaganda and education on law enforcement awareness on security, order and traffic safety for cadres, teachers, employees, students and parents; propagate about dangerous behaviors such as using alcohol and beer when participating in traffic.
Second, raise awareness and skills to prevent and avoid fraud and property appropriation crimes, especially fraud on the internet through "spam" messages, winning messages... so that managers, teachers and workers can be vigilant.
Third, units should strengthen fire prevention, fire fighting, and environmental sanitation in the unit; organize propaganda among teachers, staff, and students about the State's regulations on firecracker management and use. The school's Board of Directors is responsible to the Department Director if there is any illegal storage or use of firecrackers in the school.
Fourth, the Department of Education and Training requires strengthening direction and implementing well the work of preventing and fighting seasonal epidemics; absolutely ensuring food hygiene and safety in schools, taking measures to protect students' health when the weather turns cold, and limiting outdoor activities on very cold days.
Fifth, teachers, staff and students must practice a civilized and elegant lifestyle, and follow the code of conduct in agencies, units and public places; strictly follow regulations on drinking alcohol and beer to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2025 safely and healthily.
Sixth, units strictly follow the leader's duty schedule every day of the week, coordinate with functional agencies to promptly resolve incidents that cause disorder, security and safety of schools. At the same time, strictly follow the guard's duty schedule to manage the unit's facilities and assets, especially during holidays and Tet.
