On March 27, at the headquarters of the Navy Command, Hai Phong City, a ceremony was held to honor outstanding young faces, promising young faces, and outstanding union officials and women in 2023, and to summarize and award the 13th Nguyen Phan Vinh Creative Youth Award.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Bong - Political Commissar of the Navy - acknowledged and commended the achievements that the navy's youth, trade union, and women's work had achieved in 2023.
At the same time, Lieutenant General Bong emphasized the achievements of 10 outstanding young faces, 6 promising young faces, 24 union officials, 20 outstanding and outstanding female officials and 81 authors and groups of authors who won the Nguyen Phan Vinh Creative Youth Award, which are excellent representatives in the emulation garden of the military branch.
In order to actively contribute to the cause of building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern naval force, the Navy's leadership proposed that mass work activities must have new developments and innovations in content, form and operating mechanism.
Specifically, encouraging young people to take the lead in digital transformation, making strong advances in science and technology, focusing on scientific and technical research and applying new technologies to learning, training, production and work tasks.

Promote and improve the quality and effectiveness of emulation movements, especially the "Good workers, creative workers" movement; regularly pay attention to social policy activities, fully ensuring the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
The 13th Nguyen Phan Vinh Creative Youth Award attracted 15/22 units under the Navy to participate with a total of 111 sets of project and initiative files. A total of 81 authors and groups of authors with projects and initiatives were awarded (including: 13 A prizes; 29 B prizes; 21 C prizes and 18 consolation prizes).
