On May 18, the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Servants' Trade Union held a preliminary review of 2 years of implementing Conclusion 01-KL/TW in 2021 of the Politburo on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; commending collectives and individuals who have done well in studying Uncle Ho; commending "Excellent workers, Creative workers" and "Good people - Good deeds" in 2023.

Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Servants' Union Luong Tuan Anh said that after 2 years of implementing Conclusion 01, the spirit of setting an example of cadres and party members, especially the heads of Party committees, agencies and units, has gradually been demonstrated. This has created positive changes in the awareness and actions of each collective and individual, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility; cultivating the qualities, ethics and lifestyle of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers.

5 typical works were selected by the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Servants' Trade Union and registered as emulation works at the block and city levels to welcome the Trade Union Congresses at all levels:
Launching 5 emulation projects to welcome the Trade Union Congress at all levels for the 2023-2028 term
1. Package J "Expansion of Wastewater Treatment Plant" under the City Water Environment Improvement Project, Phase II, is implemented by the Trade Union of the City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
2. The Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho Intersection Tunnel Project, implemented by the Trade Union of the City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
3. The project of removing barriers and partially re-establishing the landscape of September 23 Park is part of the project of constructing urban railway line No. 1, Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien route, implemented by the Trade Union of the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Management Board.
4. Project of Building data to serve administrative reform at the City Historical Archives Center (phase 1) and handling online public service administrative procedures (issuing copies and certifying archives) within 4 working hours, implemented by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs' Grassroots Trade Union.
5. The project coordinates with enterprises to implement a training program for 1,000 occupational safety and hygiene officers at the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, implemented by the City Civil Servants' Union and the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park Trade Union.
