The models of "Smart Mass Mobilization" are built in association with people's lives, increasingly focusing on the core and key points, thereby successfully completing the political tasks of the city. Especially "Smart Mass Mobilization" in implementing key projects of the city, urban beautification, new rural construction, landscape preservation, environmental protection, ensuring security, safety and order in the city...
Many localities have emerged with clever mass mobilization models such as "Mobilizing and socializing the installation of security cameras" in Dong Da district; the "Skillful mass mobilization" model in mobilizing the construction of safe household models in Hoan Kiem district...
