From tomorrow, June 26, 2024, Pacific Airlines will take off again on domestic routes with a fleet of Airbus A321 aircraft.
Accordingly, Pacific Airlines will operate daily flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Da Nang, and Chu Lai with a total of 6-8 flights from June 26. During peak periods, the airline will proactively increase flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Thanh Hoa, Vinh, Hue, and Tuy Hoa to meet passenger travel needs.
With the above flight schedule, the airline will provide a total of nearly 1,000 flights, equivalent to more than 180,000 seats during the peak tourist season. To prepare the necessary fleet resources, Pacific Airlines will receive and put into operation three Airbus A321 aircraft. Of which, two have a configuration of 203 seats (8 Business Class seats and 195 Economy Class seats) and one has 184 seats (16 Business Class seats and 168 Economy Class seats).
Pacific Airlines takes off again after restructuring
During this restructuring phase, in addition to restoring the flight network, Pacific Airlines also comprehensively upgraded its service standards. Accordingly, customers can experience service on Airbus A321 aircraft with international quality equivalent to Vietnam Airlines.
The most notable change is that Pacific Airlines will provide Business and Economy class services with meals and baggage included in the ticket, similar to Vietnam Airlines. Passengers will also be served with entertainment systems and other in-flight services, along with the same mileage policy for Golden Lotus members as when flying on the National Airline.
Pacific Airlines flight attendants are trained and serve passengers according to Vietnam Airlines standards, with a special focus on customer care at every touchpoint to bring complete emotions on every journey. Thereby, passengers will enjoy excellent service experiences when taking off with Pacific Airlines.

Flight tickets will be available for sale at ticket offices, agents, websites or mobile applications of Vietnam Airlines and Pacific Airlines. When passengers purchase tickets for codeshare flights operated by Pacific Airlines on the booking system or Vietnam Airlines website, there will be a note “Operated by Pacific Airlines” or “BL” (English: Operated by Pacific Airlines or Operated by BL) and flight number VN6XXX.
The restoration of operations with the above changes is the initial positive result in Pacific Airlines' restructuring efforts. Through a series of solutions to restructure its fleet resources, service systems, operations, etc., the airline believes it can recover quickly, operate effectively and develop stably in the coming time.
