On December 10, 2023, in Ca Mau, the People's Committee of Ca Mau province and T&T Group officially started the investment project to build housing in the new urban area of Hamlet 5, Ward 1, Ca Mau city, Ca Mau province with a scale of nearly 23 hectares, with a total investment of over 1,000 billion VND. Through the organization of bidding to select investors in accordance with the provisions of law, based on the results of the international preliminary selection and the decision to approve the request for investor selection, the People's Committee of Ca Mau province recognized the winning bid and selected T&T Group as the investor to implement the project in Decision No. 2511/QD-UBND dated December 30, 2020. Accordingly, the project is built with the goal of becoming a civilized - modern urban area, synchronous in architecture, technical infrastructure, social infrastructure; Contribute to sustainable urban development and gradually concretize the Housing Development Program of Ca Mau province to 2025 and orientation to 2030.

The new urban area project in Hamlet 5 is located in a prime location in Ward 1, in the center of Ca Mau city, where the population is concentrated and is a place for economic trade and tourism development in the locality. The project is adjacent to Ngo Quyen Street and Ring Road 1 (Ta Uyen extension), taking advantage of the synchronous traffic infrastructure system, creating favorable conditions for moving and connecting regions in the neighboring area. According to the plan, with a scale of nearly 23 hectares, the project will build a total of 1,307 products, with a variety of types such as: townhouses combined with commercial services, townhouses, villas, mixed-use housing and social housing. Along with modern and complete utility services such as: Cultural - Sports Center, schools, medical facilities, trade - services, ... the project promises to become an ideal place to live for nearly 5,000 residents in Ca Mau province in the future, meeting the increasing demand for quality of life of local people.

In particular, inspired by the design of famous regions in the world such as Colmar (France) or Palmanova (Italy), the project is built to create a modern, synchronous urban area; converging the quintessence of the world, while imbued with the river culture associated with the typical image of the Southwest region to become an ideal destination - "The mark of the far South". In particular, the unique architectural highlight of the entire project is the subtle combination of two squares - circles, carrying the concept of Heaven - Earth, Yin - Yang harmony, and representing the material - spiritual values brought to the community of residents. In particular, the outer ring - Square is public works, commercial services, trees, housing serving the common urban activities; the inner ring - Circle is a low-rise residential area combining service points, check-in points and open spaces, where residents can relax, entertain and immerse themselves in nature.

Speaking at the event, on behalf of local leaders, Mr. Lam Van Bi, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, said that the New Urban Area project in Hamlet 5 was approved in the list of investment projects using land that need to select investors, in accordance with the urban and housing development program of Ca Mau province, in accordance with the urban planning approved by competent authorities. With close coordination between investors, construction units and all levels, functional sectors, and the consensus and support of local people, Mr. Lam Van Bi believes: "The project will be completed on schedule, with quality, gradually meeting the housing needs, contributing to improving the quality of life of people in Ca Mau city in particular and neighboring localities in general, making a positive contribution to the economic development of the province".

Also at the event, to accompany the locality in implementing social security activities in the area, T&T Group donated 300 million VND to the Fund for the Poor of Ca Mau province.
