"They take advantage of my image to deceive gullible people to get information or commit fraud and scams. Therefore, everyone should be vigilant to avoid being fooled" - Dr. Thien said.

It is worth mentioning that these fake invitations all have the words "Sponsored", meaning that the subject spends money to run ads to appear frequently on the social network Facebook.

Experts all confirmed that social networking sites were impersonating and advised investors and people to be vigilant to avoid being scammed and losing money.

"Social networking sites like Facebook also need solutions to manage this situation, instead of letting impersonation spread like it is now. State management agencies also need to take positive and strict actions, because this situation is greatly affecting social trust, causing suspicion and possibly leaving behind consequences such as fraud and unjust loss of money" - Dr. Tran Dinh Thien said.
