During his decades in the profession, Truong Minh Quoc Thai said he has acted with many child actors under three years old.
He smiled and recalled: "The film Weak Woman was filmed over a long period of 11 months. The children participating in the same role were of different ages.
Or when moving to different provinces, I have to use many children for the same role. So many times, each time I act with children, I only have one child in the film, but their faces are different every time I film them, completely strange."

"The film crew often uses fake babies in dangerous scenes," Quoc Thai said.

Director Tran Ngoc Phong said that in the movie Storm, he needed a role for a child about one year old.
When it was time to prepare to go filming, the baby's family refused at the last minute because they were afraid of taking their child far away.
While planning to change the filming date, the assistant happened to see an old lady carrying a baby about one year old, carrying a milk bottle on the street. When asked, he found out that the grandmother was taking her grandchild out, so he invited her to get in the car to go filming.
