According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Huy, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Regiment 224, the contest was closely led, directed and organized by the leaders and commanders of the regiment; the units prepared carefully, in accordance with the situation, tasks and actual conditions of each agency and unit. Through the contest, the awareness and responsibility of the Party Committees, commanders of agencies, units and all soldiers in the Regiment about the tasks of mass mobilization of the armed forces in general and of the regiment in particular were raised, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization, excellently completing tasks, a comprehensively strong unit "exemplary, typical".
