Few people know that Ms. Yen, the owner, has been selling this vermicelli soup since 1991 on the roadside, then she moved to a permanent location next to the banyan tree. Currently, she has passed on the profession and is accompanying her daughter and her husband.
The hot and steaming crab noodle soup is still loved by many diners and is jokingly called the "aristocratic" style crab noodle soup restaurant. Talking about his family's crab noodle soup restaurant, Mr. Hoang Minh Viet, Mrs. Yen's son-in-law, also known as Viet James, a member of the Red Tide rock band, could not hide his pride.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated so it is often called a "luxurious" vermicelli soup restaurant.

Mr. Hoang Minh Viet, the owner of the restaurant, shared: "Actually, in the past, I sold on Hang Khoai, on the sidewalk, on the street. After a while, like being exposed to the sun and rain, sometimes experiencing storms and floods, I thought that my noodles were delicious, but in return, the space to sit was not worthy, just like I thought I loved my customers.
When we no longer have a place to sell, when they finished building a shopping mall there was no more place to sell, so I thought it was an opportunity to bring the shop here. And I thought it was to make up for the time they had to endure the dust, rain and wind to come to us. What else I want for customers is just for them to have a cozy space to sit and eat, like in a family."

The unique decoration of the restaurant is probably one of the attractions for tourists to visit and enjoy. Most of the first-time visitors are surprised and amazed by the space of the restaurant. It is known that the items decorated in the restaurant are all collected and purchased by Ms. Quynh, Ms. Yen's daughter, for a long time.
Many diners come here to check in and enjoy the restaurant space.

The style of the shop is not fixed, but depends on how you want to arrange it that day, but in general, it has a strong cultural identity of old Hanoi, from fairy paintings to statues, ceramics,...
