The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is level 7 (50-61km/h), gusting to level 9; the tropical depression moves north at a speed of 20-25km/h.
From 1:00 a.m. on December 23 to 1:00 a.m. on December 24, the tropical depression moved in the West-Northwest direction at 10 km/h, with the potential to strengthen into a storm.
From 1:00 a.m. on December 24 to 1:00 a.m. on December 26, the storm moved in a West-Southwest direction, traveling about 10km per hour, and gradually weakened into a tropical depression.
Due to the influence of the tropical depression, the North and Central East Sea (including the Hoang Sa sea area), the North East Sea (including the North Truong Sa sea area), the sea area from Da Nang to Binh Thuan has wind level 7, gusting to level 8-9, with showers and thunderstorms, with the possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms.
According to the warning, on the day and night of December 24, in the North East Sea (including the Hoang Sa sea area), the Northeast wind will be strong at level 7, gusting to level 8-9. The sea will be rough; waves will be 4-6m high.
In the central East Sea, the Northeast wind is strong at level 6, gusting to level 7-8; in the southwestern sea, the wind is strong at level 7, and in the area near the storm center, it is strong at level 8, gusting to level 10. The sea is rough. Waves are 4-6m high.
From Quang Tri to Binh Thuan, strong Northeast wind level 6, in the South sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9. Rough sea; waves 3-5m high.

During the day and night of December 25, the Central and South Central regions and the Eastern Central Highlands will have moderate to heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall ranging from 40-80mm, locally over 150mm. In the Eastern Central Highlands, rainfall will range from 20-50mm, locally over 100mm.
From December 26, heavy rain is likely to gradually decrease, with the possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms. Warning level 1 for natural disaster risk due to heavy rain.
