Light show at the event "Hanoi Tourism Welcomes 2024"

During the two events, the tourism industry will organize many activities to bring visitors new experiences with epic semi-realistic art programs and laser mapping light shows.

In particular, the program includes a light show with 200 drones (unmanned aircraft) programmed according to a 3D scenario. In addition, in the program, residents and visitors can experience Hanoi's typical culinary space, booths displaying tourism products, sightseeing and taking photos with decorative miniatures. Participate in traditional folk games and admire the winning photos in the tourism photo contest "Hanoi Capital Welcomes You".

Director of Hanoi Department of Tourism Dang Huong Giang said that in 2024, the capital's tourism will focus on promoting cultural and heritage values associated with tourism, building the image of Hanoi as "Cultured - Civilized - Modern", "City for Peace"; "Creative City".

Hanoi will form unique and attractive tourism products based on existing advantages, at the same time, research and invest in developing new types of products associated with the advantages of each locality such as exploiting inland waterway tourism routes along the Red River, West Lake, Dong Mo Lake; developing agricultural tourism products, experiential tourism, sports tourism...

"Through the organization of the program "Hanoi Tourism Welcomes 2024", the capital's tourism industry communicates and promotes the image of Hanoi as a "Safe - Friendly - Quality - Attractive" destination to attract more and more tourists to Hanoi, contributing positively to the development of Vietnam's tourism and contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the capital" - Ms. Giang emphasized.

It is known that the event "Hanoi Tourism Welcomes 2024" is the opening activity for more than 50 series of cultural, festival and tourism activities in 2024 of Hanoi such as: Hanoi Tourism Festival 2024; Hanoi Tourism Gift Festival 2024; Hanoi Autumn Festival; Food and Craft Village Tourism Festival; Hanoi Ao Dai Festival 2024....

Organizing many events will contribute to promoting the image of Hanoi Capital to domestic and international friends. Thereby aiming to complete the goal of welcoming 27 million tourists to Hanoi in 2024, including 5.5 million international visitors; total revenue from tourists will reach 109.41 trillion VND.
