The exhibition displays works by artists: Ca Le Thang, Nguyen Tan Cuong, Doan Xuan Tang, Nguyen The Hung, Doan Van Toi, Mifa (real name Le Vu Anh Nhi). Ms. Trang Le, representative of Indochine House, expressed: "Interbeing refers to the co-presence - all things are in each other, is an exhibition that opens up open and deep thoughts about the journey of discovering the connection between the mind, landscape and people, in the spirit of interpreting those mutual relationships".
Through diverse materials from paper, lacquer on canvas, oil paint, acrylic to silk installation experiments, the artists' practice is inspired by traditions and philosophies, interwoven with the repetition of symbolic natural images such as water, fog, foliage, light... creating a harmonious landscape between humans and nature. Each artist, with their own perception, shares the view that humans and nature are closely linked entities.
At the exhibition, memories and the transition of time are the foundation of many artists. Specifically, 9X artist Mifa paints on traditional paper to create a multi-layered system, connecting folklore with contemporary thinking, transforming fleeting experiences from invisible to visible. Connecting past and present values, artist Nguyen The Hung creates a magical, multi-layered space with the innovative material of lacquer on canvas.
Painter Nguyen Tan Cuong, through abstract language, explores the connection between light and dark, invisible and visible, expressing inner emotional states and opening up another dimension for viewers to contemplate. Painter Ca Le Thang, with his free-flowing brushstrokes, depicts the flood season landscape in his hometown of Dong Thap Muoi, both lively and still, with the reflection of water reflecting the sky...
Bringing together many poetic perspectives, the exhibition Interbeing presents works that are deeply in harmony between man and nature, linking tradition and innovation in a common interactive field. Here, painting becomes a method for the artist to practice between the inner self and the outer world. The result goes beyond the boundaries of interwoven images, a series of continuous connections in the space of interbeing - all things in each other.
