Diverse cultural identities together with natural heritages are important resources of ethnic groups, contributing to dynamic life, promoting innovation and cultural industries, and realizing sustainable development goals.

Vietnam's chairing of the proposal and drafting of the Resolution on the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a typical example, which was adopted by consensus by the UN Human Rights Council at its 52nd Session in February-March 2023.
